Some unavoidable reasons: 
We will ship out the item according to your requests, but we can not assure you exactly how many days you can receive this item. There are many factors that may cause the delay of your item, e.g. holiday season, bad weather conditions, strikes as well as war, etc.

Shipping Policy

All items are generally ship within 1 to 3 business days from the time of order. Some sellers offer express shipping which can take up to 1 day and overnight shipping which are processed within 24 hours. Please allow reasonable time for shipping and check with your seller for additional shipping information as shipping are handled by individual sellers.

Return Policy

Contact the seller within 72 hours after receiving your purchase regarding refunds. The purchase must be in the same condition shipped. If I request for a return, will the shipping cost be refunded?

Item that doesn’t match the description

If you received a defective item, we recommend  contact the seller within 7 Calendar days. Click here and submit a dispute ticket if you need additional help or information after contacting the seller.
When submitting the ticket, please provide your order number, a description of the defected item and add a few pictures. Include details of your conversation with the Seller.

Orders canceled within 24 hours since paid will get full refund.
Orders canceled within 24-72 hours since paid will get 60% refund of total amount. Orders canceled after 72 hours since paid before shipment will get 40% refund of total amount.
